To register, you may go to weddingmate.my and select “Become an author” on the top right of the screen. You can also view the tutorial video to help guide you to register.
Yes, the platform is free but you just need to subscribe to Elyna Premium Plan
as a vendor.
Elyna Premium Vendors are known as wedding vendors that take part in WeddingMate
No, we only allow Elyna Premium Vendor to list their business in WeddingMate
The only difference is Elyna Premium Vendor Plus+ is for vendors who want to be in the top featured listing for a one year period.

It will require a 1-month notice if you want to reduce from 10% to a 5% discount. But if you want to increase your discount offer, it will take within 24 hours
Your listing will be suspended and removed from WeddingMate

You can send an email to us at: vendor@weddingmate.my . It will take within 24 hours to remove your business listing once it is confirmed.
Elyna Pass
Elyna Pass is a physical and digital pass that entitles users to claim a discount from any vendor in Wedding Mate Sdn Bhd.
Customer will purchase Elyna Pass Card from us. They will find any badge with 5% or 10% discount on our Wedding Mate App and chat with wedding vendors. After both side agree, the next step is meet up. After discussion for everything, customer will show their Elyna Pass card to get either 5% or 10% discount depending you current offer agree to give. After that, submit their information and invoice to our system.
It is a new wedding revolution for the wedding industry, as it helps simplify the process of finding potential clients, and give leads and queries to wedding vendors
You may choose 2 plan. Premium or Premium+ Plan. Premium is a FREE Plan and Premium+ is a payable.
No, ELYNA pass is only valid to vendors who is registered with Wedding Mate Sdn Bhd. No other wedding platform or vendors who not join us can get benefits from Elyna Pass
Upgrade your Premium plan to our Premium Plan Plus which can give you an access to Top Featured Homepage On Website and App. Also, a slot banner homepage for a limited vendor.
It’s one of our Terms & Condition to entitle you to join as a Premium Vendor on Wedding Mate Sdn Bhd.
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription plan later, but the promotional price is for a limited time only. You can upgrade your plan in your dashboard profile or contact us via email at vendor@weddingmate.my
We have right to terminate your subscription and considerate you are breach the contract. But you can appeal your report to vendor@weddingmate.my

First you need to claim or register your business through our platform. Then you can select any plan suitable to your needs and budget.
Yes. You can enjoy any subscription plan with the FREE trial for a 6-month promotion starting when you claim your business.
Once you have subscribed to any of our premium plans, you will enjoy all the benefits immediately and your subscription plan will automatically start on the date you subscribe.
Yes. You can upgrade your subscription plan later, but the promotional price is for a limited time only. You can upgrade your plan in your dashboard profile or contact us via email at vendor@weddingmate.my
Currently, WeddingMate accepts online bank transfers using a payment gateway BillPlz
Yes. Use the billplz when check out.
You must inform a month earlier for termination. You need to contact us via email at
vendor@weddingmate.my to unsubscribe from the plan.
No, you are not able to make any changes on a starter plan. But you can upgrade to premium plus plan and start to edit and manage your business profile anytime and anywhere.

Yes. You can closed your account from profile page on our app or website. By doing that, you will lost access to all WeddingMate benefits.
